How can I pay?
You can pay online with Bancontact (card and app), credit card (Visa or MasterCard), PayPal, Maestro, WAX-IT Gift Cards, Sofort Banking, iDeal, Giropay or with banking apps. In-store you can pay with Bancontact, credit card or cash.

Can I pay in cash?
Not on the webshop. You can only pay cash while shopping in-store.

Can I pay after ordering?
No, your order will only be processed once your payment has gone through.

How can I pay with bancontact?

You can pay with your Bancontact card and with the Payconiq by Bancontact App, both online and in our store. When ordering your product, choose Bancontact as your payment method and confirm the payment with your Bancontact card or with the Payconiq by Bancontact App on your smartphone. You can also complete the payment with other online banking apps. Using Bancontact is safe and completely free.

Can I pay with EcoCheques?
No, this payment option isn't valid at WAX-IT.

Can I buy a gift card?
You can! You can find them right here, just select the amount and purchase it like a normal item. We will then send you a physical card to give or, if you'd prefer, a digital version in your inbox.

How can I change my invoice?
Please contact our Sales Team within 7 working days and we'll see what we can do for you.

Where can I find my invoices?
First, go to your order history in My Account > My Orders. Once you're there, click on View Order for the invoice you need and select Print Order. You will be directed to a PDF of your order/invoice which you can print or download.

What if I didn't receive an invoice?
Check if you can find it in My Account > My Orders. If it isn't there then you can contact our Sales Team.

What if my invoice is incorrect?
Please contact our Sales Team within 7 working days and we'll see what we can do for you.

How do I enter my company details?
You can add your VAT/tax number in My Account > Account Information, and you can add your company name in My Account > Edit Address under Default Billing Address

Why is the payment status in My Orders incorrect?
If your order status appears to be incorrect, simply ask our Sales Team for clarification.

Why has my credit card payment been declined?
This could simply be due to technical reasons, or it could be that you have reached/exceeded the limit on your card, that a company has put a hold on it, that your card has been exposed to a threat or that your card issuer has blocked your card due to unusual activity.

Why haven't I received an order confirmation yet?
First, it's best to check your spam/junk folder in case the email has been filtered out of your inbox. If the confimation email takes more than 24 hours please contact our Sales Team and we'll look straight into it for you.

Can I return or cancel a product that has been paid for with a gift card?
Products that have been paid for by gift card are non-refundable, however they can be exchanged for store credit.

What if I lose my gift card?
Don't worry, we have you saved in our system and know exactly what you've got left. Simply contact our Sales Team and we'll let you know what to do.

What if my gift card code isn't working?
First, check if it has expired or hasn't got enough money on it. If not, please contact our Sales Team.

Are there different sales conditions for purchasing with a gift card?
The only difference is that any products purchased with the gift card, including the gift card itself, are non-refundable and can only be exchanged for store credit, all other sales conditions apply.

How long does it take to deliver my gift card?
If you need it urgently, it's best to order the digital version and you'll receive it in your inbox within a matter of minutes. If not, it will be sent within 3 working days via post like any other product.
